Who Operates This Website

Sherman Water Damage Pros ("the Service") is a free referral service operated by Zeeshan Khalid. The Service connects callers in Sherman, Texas with independent local contractors providing water damage restoration services. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or call the number published on it, how that information is used, and who it is shared with.

When you call the number published on this website, we and our call-routing providers collect your phone number, the date, time, and length of the call, and a recording and transcript of the call. When you use any contact form on this website, we collect the name, phone number, and details you enter. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited.

Call Recording

Calls to the number published on this website may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, for routing your call to an available contractor, and for verifying referrals. By calling the number, you consent to that recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact a contractor directly instead of using this Service.

How We Use Information

Information collected through this website and its phone number is used to connect you with an independent local contractor, to return your call or respond to your enquiry, to operate and improve the Service, and to verify and settle referrals with contractors and referral partners. We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

When you ask to be connected or to receive a call back, your phone number and the details of your request are shared with the independent contractor you are connected with, so that the contractor can respond and provide services. We also use service providers for call routing, call recording, website hosting, and analytics, who process information on our behalf for those purposes only. We may disclose information where required by law.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How Long We Keep It

Call recordings, transcripts, and enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to operate the Service, verify referrals, and meet legal and accounting requirements, and are then deleted or anonymised.
